Gary L. Prince

MBA, CPA, CVA

Gary L. Prince obtained his MBA and BA degrees from the University of Utah. After receiving his BA degree in accounting, he joined Ernst & Young as an auditor. Gary has worked in the real estate, business consulting, veterinary, accounting, and technology industries. As an entrepreneur he has been a founder or co-founder of five businesses.

Gary has extensive experience in audits, reviews, compilations, accounting, taxes, financial planning, business consulting, taxes, business valuation, technology consulting and several other skills and abilities.

Gary has been married to his wife, Cynthia, for 40 years. They have 7 children, 14 grandchildren and a mongrel.

Douglas R. Hansen

CPA, MAcc

Douglas R. Hansen is a Certified Public Accountant who specializes in small business accounting, tax and strategic financial management consulting services.

He graduated with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1982.

Before joining PHG in June 2007, he owned and operate his own accounting practice for twenty years and has catered to successful small businesses and individuals. Doug has now served over 100 clients throughout the last 16 years for PHG. He’s provided excellent services in tax preparation, cash management, annual business budget preparation, merger and acquisition consultation, and estate and wealth planning.

Doug loves mountain biking and spends most mornings exploring the Rocky Mountains. He his wife Marcia have a large family of nine children and 23 grandchildren.
